Week 3 of 10 Rounds Tour in Dallas & Ft. Worth

Just few more days until Beachbody’s first boxing workout launches! We wanted to share the video from Week 3 of the 10 Rounds Tour in Dallas and Ft. Worth and some 10 Rounds before and afters to get you pumped up about this awesome program.

Beachbody Super Trainer Joel Freeman is the creator of the 10 Rounds program, which is a high-intensity boxing program that combines punching and weight training to give you a total body transformation.

The 10 Rounds program includes five 30-40 minute weekly workouts (3 days of boxing and 2 days of lifting), which you’ll be doing for a total of six weeks.

The program was available to coaches on March 16—VIP Early Access and customer launch is on April 6. The 10 Rounds program will be included in the Beachbody on Demand library on October 1, 2020.

Joel Freeman’s 10 Rounds tour stopped at iconic cities all around the U.S. Week 1 was in Los Angeles, Week 2 was in Las Vegas—and now Dallas. Coaches have had the opportunity to work out with Joel and the 10 Rounds cast at each stop.

Week 3 is the halfway point of the 10 Rounds workout. Joel and his team filmed at the Stockyards Station in Ft. Worth and worked out with 500 coaches and customers on the practice field in Dallas. Awesome locations!

This week the focus is on footwork as you box in three different directions. It’s a high intensity, low impact full body experience that will have your muscles burning.

If you’ve never boxed before, IT’S OK! Joel guides you through it so it’s easy to follow—and he makes it super fun, which is highly motivating.

As you go into the second half of the program, it’s crucial to stay on point with your nutrition. Drinking Shakeology every day will ensure that you don’t have any gaps in your nutrition and Performance Recover will give you the energy and recovery you need for Week 4.
