Week 6 of the Tour

Super Trainer Joel Freeman and his band of merry exercisers did a six-week pre-launch tour of the 10 Rounds Program.
On this tour, they stopped at six iconic cities across the U.S.:
- Week 1: Los Angeles
- Week 2: Las Vegas
- Week 3: Dallas
- Week 4: Miami
- Week 5: Brooklyn
- …and now Week 6 in Philadelphia!
This was a chance for Beachbody coaches and customers to meet Joel and do a live workout with him and the team.

Who can resist? The 10 Rounds Tour in Philadelphia took place in Rocky’s home town. If you’re gonna get fit boxing, this is the place to be!
Joel and his crew got to box it out right there on the famous steps by Rocky’s statue.
In the first five weeks, Joel taught foot patterns and techniques. He ran through the defensive and offensive moves along with the drills.
Week 6 of the 10 Rounds Tour in Philadelphia put it all together for an explosive tour finish.
He ran through great combinations with plenty of dipping and jabbing and participants experienced tighter abs and core strength, lifted and toned booties, and bangin’ biceps.
You can experience this too—even if you’ve never boxed before!
